We were lugging around a giant diaper bag for way too long, so this smaller size is honestly perfect for our toddler now. The backpack shape makes it easy to grab things one-handed while chasing after her at the park, and it fits our daily essentials without feeling bulky.

After two kids I've gone through three diaper bags, but this smaller one finally feels like I'm not lugging a suitcase around. The way it's built for the toddler stage instead of the newborn phase makes total sense, and I actually use every pocket now instead of digging for stuff.

Finally a backpack that fits my minimalist toddler phase — the small size holds a couple diapers, a snack pouch, and my stuff without turning into a black hole. The strap padding is genuinely comfortable even when I’m hauling it over one shoulder for hours at the zoo.
