Wore this through two airports last week and the backpack conversion saved my shoulders while sprinting to a gate. The ash grey hides scuffs way better than my old black carry-on tote did, and it still slid under the seat fine.

The shoulder strap is padded just right for schlepping through security with a laptop and a water bottle, and I love that I can flip it onto my back when my arms get tired. Switched between all three carry modes a dozen times on my last trip and never once felt like I was wrestling with it.
